Do you sign NDAs before discussing projects?
Absolutely. We sign NDAs before any detailed project discussion. Your idea and business information are completely confidential. We take intellectual property seriously.
Who will own the code and intellectual property?
You will. Upon final payment, full source code and IP ownership transfers to you. We retain no rights to your product. You'll have complete freedom to use, modify, and distribute the code.

Are you available for ongoing maintenance?
Yes. We offer monthly maintenance retainers starting from $1,500/month that include bug fixes, security updates, performance monitoring, and regular feature enhancements.
How long does it take to build a mobile app?
A simple MVP takes 4–8 weeks. A mid-complexity app with custom backend takes 3–4 months. Full enterprise apps with complex integrations typically take 5–9 months. We'll give you a precise timeline after the discovery phase.
How do you keep clients updated during development?
You'll have access to our project management tools (Jira/Notion), daily GitHub commits, bi-weekly sprint demos, and a dedicated Slack channel with your team. Full transparency at every step.
What happens during the discovery phase?
Discovery (1–2 weeks) includes: requirements analysis, technical architecture planning, UI/UX wireframes, sprint planning, and risk assessment. You'll receive a comprehensive project plan document before development begins.
Can I be involved in the design process?
Absolutely — we encourage it. You'll review and approve all Figma designs before development starts. We iterate based on your feedback and conduct user testing to validate design decisions.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. For larger projects, we offer milestone-based payments (e.g., 30% / 40% / 30%). We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and PayPal.
Do your prices include hosting costs?
Our development fees don't include third-party service costs (AWS/GCP hosting, Firebase, app store fees, API licenses). These are clearly outlined during discovery so there are no surprises.
Can I get a fixed-price quote?
Yes. After a discovery session and requirements finalization, we provide a fixed-price quote for the defined scope. Any scope changes are priced separately with full transparency.
Can you integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. We have extensive experience integrating with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), ERPs (SAP, Oracle), payment gateways, analytics platforms, and custom legacy APIs.
How do you handle app security?
